Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Printly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform role
Printly is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent print facilities. Printly is not the manufacturer or shipper of any goods - each printer is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely production of orders they accept.
3. Escrow payments
When a buyer places an order, payment is collected upfront and held by Printly's payment processor until the buyer confirms delivery. Upon confirmation, funds (minus the platform fee) are released to the printer via Wise.
4. Platform fee
Printly charges a 12% commission on the value of each completed order, deducted automatically from the printer's payout. Buyers are not charged any additional platform fee beyond the listed order total.
5. Printer verification
All printers must complete onboarding and be verified by Printly before their profile becomes publicly visible. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of quality, and buyers should use reviews and sample requests to assess fit.
6. Disputes
If an order does not arrive as described, buyers may flag it as disputed before confirming delivery. Printly will review evidence from both parties and may withhold payout pending resolution.
7. Account suspension
Printly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system.
8. Limitation of liability
Printly is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Printly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Printly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
