Dispute Resolution

Last updated: 4 July 2026

1. Buyer reports an issue

If your order doesn't match what was agreed, file a dispute with photo evidence of the issue. Funds for that order are held in escrow while the dispute is open.

2. Printer responds

The printer has 48 hours to respond to the dispute - acknowledging the issue, proposing a fix, or providing their own evidence.

3. Both parties try to agree

Most disputes are resolved directly between buyer and printer at this stage - a re-print, partial refund, or other fix both sides accept.

4. Printly mediates

If no agreement is reached, Printly reviews the evidence from both sides - including each party's transaction history on the platform - and makes a decision.

5. Resolution

Funds stay in escrow until the dispute is resolved. Printly's decision on the outcome is binding on both parties.
