Every order gets rated. Printers with consistently low ratings are demoted in search results, keeping the best facilities most visible.

If something goes wrong, disputes are resolved with photo-based evidence and Printly mediates directly between buyer and printer.

We work closely with our first verified facilities - direct relationships that let us catch quality issues early, before they reach buyers.
