Refund Policy

Before the printer accepts (24-48 hours)
If a printer hasn't accepted your order within 24-48 hours, you can cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.
After accepted, before production starts
If the printer has accepted but production hasn't started, you'll receive a full refund minus the cost of any materials already procured for your order.
During production
Once production has started, orders are non-refundable - these are custom-printed items made specifically for you.
After delivery
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what was agreed, you have 7 days from delivery to file a dispute with photo evidence. See our Dispute Resolution policy for the full process.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
