We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, address, and payment details when you create an account, place an order, or list a print service. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and actions taken on the platform.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the marketplace: processing orders and payments, facilitating communication between buyers and printers, sending transactional emails, and improving the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe and payouts by Wise. Printly does not store your full card number or bank credentials - these are handled directly by our payment processors under their own security and compliance standards.
4. Data sharing
We share order-relevant information (such as shipping address and contact details) between the buyer and printer involved in a specific order, since this is necessary to fulfil the transaction. We may also share data with service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Wise, Cloudinary, Resend) strictly to operate the platform.
5. Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@printlyapp.co.uk.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Printly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
